Divi Resorts Design Skills Test

In June, I interviewed with Divi Resorts for a Graphic Design position. Following one round of interviews, I was assigned a design skill test that involved editing three photos, designing a logo for a restaurant at one of their nine resorts, creating a flyer for the restaurant, and designing its menu.

The project was due within three days. As soon as I received the deliverables, I began by editing the photos, which included one beach photo and two food photos. Next, I designed the logo for the restaurant, Bar Tapas, drawing inspiration from the food images and the logos of other dining options at their resorts. Once I finalized the logo iterations, I created the menu and flyer in InDesign. My design was influenced not only by the logo but also by the interior images of the restaurant provided to me.

This project pushed me creatively, resulting in a wonderful collection of work.
