Longacre Square Partners Design Skills Test

In April, I was interviewed by Longacre Square Partners for the Junior Creative Associate position. After two rounds of interviews, I was assigned a design skill test, which involved creating a presentation slide for a hypothetical brand. I produced three iterations for this project.

The project was due two days after I received the brief. As soon as I had the deliverables, I dove into PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator to start designing the slides. Drawing on my experience as a Marketing Design Intern, where I redesigned PowerPoint slides for PowerSchool Group’s clients, I had a clear vision for the presentation. We often used icons to highlight values and bullet points, minimizing text. I applied this approach to create visually appealing icons for the slides.

Using the provided color palettes and my custom icons, I crafted engaging and visually dynamic PowerPoint slides.
